This is the new web site for the Derby Diocesan Association of Church Bellringers. All the information should now be up to date (some tower information is being sought and modified). If you notice it it isn’t please email the webmaster. If the information is missing (please let the webmaster know), there is a legacy copy of the previous site here for reference.
Do please register and login (click here). You will then be able to comment on the posts and (if you promise to behave) I’ll even let you add your own! (I’m also looking for volunteers to add to and amend the content)

We are a group of about 650 bell ringers in Derbyshire (or the Diocese of Derby) who meet to
ring and socialise together, give support and training, promote bell ringing and provide bell
The association is split into 4 districts: Chesterfield, Peak, Central and Southern.

At a committee meeting held at Darley Dale on Sunday 4th June the committee agreed the wording of a statement to be read on behalf of the President at the forthcoming General meeting to be held at Horsley on Saturday 10th June.

I am pleased to say that there are a number of working parties working on various aspects of how we now operate as an Association. Early indications are very encouraging and I look forward to being able to report more soon. Don
