In the event that this Management Group rule (agenda item ii) is not passed, the following rule changes (postponed from October 2018) will be put forward. As the Central Council have abolished the ‘triennium’ (3 year meeting cycle), and the meeting has moved to September, elections can now take place annually and at the AGM.

This change was considered by the General Committee on 5th March 2019 and following discussions and minor semantic changes to the wording it was agreed without dissent that this proposal be recommended to the membership.
