Details of towers open on 26th August …
Twelve Derbyshire towers rang for the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings in Normandy. This included a quarter peal at Belper. There was also a DDA quarter peal at Trowell. I am pleased to report that the new Management Group has held its inaugural meeting. The meeting was well attended with only two apologies. Richard Brooke was coopted onto the group as the representative for the Southern District. This will be voted on at the next Southern District meeting.
